Hi, I am Michal. I am a qualified nutritionist. My area of focus is nutritional treatment of mental health conditions. Today we have an epidemics of mental health issues. Many people suffer from a depression, anxiety, insomnia or just generally poor concentration and a "brain fog". Dementia is almost expected from a certain age. This did not used to be like that and it does not have to happen.
Psychologists, psychiatrists or neurologists deal with these issues from their point of view according to their training and that is important. I do not claim that my treatment is a substitute for these treatments. I will not take people off medications which I did not prescribe.
I can provide a safe additional treatment which will benefit not only your mental health, but your whole body. Unlike most of the pharmaceutical drugs, nutritional treatment is free of side effects if used correctly.

First, start with a personal decision to get better. Once you are clear about this, send me and email and we will arrange a free introductory chat on the phone. You will tell me what you need and I will assess how I can help you. In this way we get to know each other before we work together.
After this, you can book your Initial Nutritional Consultation, which is either face-to-face or visual online. At the end of this consultation I will asses your health and provide to you with:
individualised dietary recommendations
high quality natural remedies
recommendations of lifestyle changes
The next step will be making the changes.
On the subsequent follow-up consultations we will evaluate how you responded to the treatment and make changes if necessary. Until that special day when you realise you don't need me any more!

Nutritional Balancing for the Brain - How Does it Work?
My field of training is how to balance the nutrients which are essential for your mental function. Your brain needs the right nutrients to function well and it also needs to be free from inflammation which disrupts the blood brain barrier. Leaky blood brain barrier enables toxic foreign substances to enter the brain. This further worsens the inflammation, disrupts the brain's metabolism and gradually starves the neurons to death.
Natural health therapy look at all aspects of your health (e.g. your diet, sleep, immunity, digestion etc.). A holistic practitioner can see multiple causes of your complaint and can support your body and mind in multiple ways. My approach towards nutrition is gentle and doable. There is no need to worry about counting calories. Rather, you will become more mindful about what you eat and how it affects you.
