We have plenty of chickweed growing. It's so healthy, so I decided to turn it into pesto. It turned out really nice, and the teenager rating was 10/10 (they were fighting for it). I did not measure the ingredients. You will either need a food processor or a strong stick mixer. I used much more greens than I would use for a classical basil pesto, There will be another blog on why chickweed is so healthy and one how to recognise chickweed.
BTW we do not use wholemeal pasta. It is not healthier than the usual one, but that is another story and a long one! Ingredients:
